Information you give us
When you check a date through the form, we receive the name, phone number, email address (if you give one), party date and rental choice you enter, along with the page you sent it from. We use it to check availability, prepare a price, contact you about your request and arrange the delivery, setup and pickup of the rental you book.
Your request goes to Bounce House Party Rental and is stored in the customer records system we use to manage bookings. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. That records system, and the phone line on this site, are run with the help of a related local business that assists us with calls and bookings; it uses your information only for that purpose. Beyond that, we share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, hosting, phone and record-keeping tools), and only as needed for that purpose, or when the law requires it.
Booking details
When you book, we also collect the party address and setup details we need to deliver the rental, such as the setup spot, surface and power. We use them only to deliver, set up and pick up your rental.
Phone calls
Calls to the number on this site may be answered by an automated assistant and are recorded; you will hear that at the start of the call. Recordings and call notes are used to make sure we have your details right and to follow up on your request.
Text messages
This site does not sign you up for any text message program, and the form does not ask for consent to marketing texts.
